Luggage
Our luggage comes with a 3 year warranty,
This covers any defect on wheels, zips, handles and shell cracks.

Shell:
What we will cover:
Manufacturing defects such as shell cracks and discolouration at the time of arrival.
What we don’t cover
- Damages caused to due to airline mishandling or severe accidents.
- Damages caused due to treatment of unspecified chemicals/cleaning agents. Learn more here.
- General wear and tear caused due to prolonged/improper use of the luggage.
Trolley: Functional damages such as breakage and push button malfunction.
Wheel: Functional damages like wheel malfunction and cracks.

Damage caused to the lock due to a forgotten password. We strongly recommend that you make a note of your lock code once you set it.

What we don’t cover
Zipper malfunction due to over packing/overload.
Having to struggle while zipping your due to protruding items placed inside, is generally a good indicator of over packed luggage.
Warranty General T&C:
Please make sure you keep your proof of purchase safe and sound! You’ll need it to avail your warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or transportation incidents.
If your product happens to need some fixing beyond its specified warranty period, you would have to bear the cost of the spare parts.
In the situation that the product you claim warranty on is out of stock or discontinued, you can opt to get your product replaced with another of the same purchase value. You can also opt for a product replacement of a higher purchase value, and pay the difference.
