Shipping Policy

At Basta Luxury, every order is prepared and dispatched with the same care that goes into the products themselves. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, dispatched, and delivered. Please read it alongside our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

By placing an order on bastalux.com, you agree to the terms set out below.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of successful payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp.

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email are accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect a shipment once it has been handed to the courier partner.

Delivery timelines

We ship across India through reputed courier partners. The estimated delivery timeline across major serviceable networks after dispatch is expected within 7 days. While metro cities generally receive packages within 3–5 business days, other cities and remote towns may take 5–8 business days.

These timelines are estimates and not legal guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to courier load, weather, regional disruptions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is completely complimentary on all prepaid orders across India. There is no minimum order value required to avail of this free standard shipping tracking. Cash on Delivery (COD) options and any associated handling fees are calculated and explicitly shown at checkout based on pin code eligibility.

Order tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your order in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at contact@bastalux.com.

Serviceable areas

We deliver to most pin codes across India. In rare cases, a delivery address may fall outside our courier partners' serviceable network. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to logistical limitations, we will contact you immediately and arrange a full refund to your original payment method.

Delays

While we work hard to dispatch and deliver on time, certain situations may cause delays, including but not limited to natural events, strikes, regional disruptions, courier backlogs, or public holidays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to minimise any inconvenience. Basta Luxury is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts by the courier partner, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery attempts under these circumstances may incur an additional shipping charge. Refunds for undeliverable orders are handled in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged or tampered shipments

Your order is inspected and securely packed before it leaves us. If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery if the damage is obvious at the doorstep, or ensure it is noted with the delivery agent. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@bastalux.com with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and product.

We highly recommend recording a complete unboxing video where possible, as it helps our team resolve any courier insurance claim quickly. Damage claims are assessed under our Return & Refund Policy.

International shipping

We currently ship within India. For international enquiries or custom shipping support requests, please write to us at contact@bastalux.com and our corporate team will assist you. Any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
